If you answered any of those questions with yes, I’m glad you’re here. As a parent and therapist, I understand the messiness and wonder that is being a parent. I also see the societal issues that get in the way of people being able to show up in their relationships with their partners, parents, kids, friends, and other family members.
Postpartum and being a parent are all stressful times in your life. The perinatal period lasts from conceiving until 1 year postpartum, but I don't think the support should stop at this point. Don't we all need someone who we can trust to talk to, bounce off ideas, and process some stuff?
In therapy, I thrive in helping individuals and couples process their fertility journey, as well as high-risk pregnancies, birth trauma, NICU stays, grief and loss, processing their own childhood trauma, and improving their relationships with the help of EMDR therapy, a trauma therapy approach. I enjoy helping parents find their footing, set boundaries, heal their past traumas, and live a full, beautiful life.
I offer traditional weekly therapy, as well as EMDR intensives, and couples intensives that are a couple days (2-3) of deep therapy.
Babies in session are always welcome!
